Our Values

At New Growth Psychology, our values shape a deeply human approach to psychological care.

Our work is grounded in holistic understanding, guided by the belief in your potential, and rooted in the power of genuine, relational connection. These values form the foundation of our therapeutic practice, creating a safe and supportive space for you to grow, heal, and thrive.

Holistic

At New Growth Psychology the person is viewed as a whole.

An integrated approach of the systems surrounding the individual is considered when working alongside you. This includes the biological, psychological, and sociocultural aspects that make you- you.

Potential

We believe that each person has unique strengths, interests and abilities and have the potential to demonstrate these gifts.

At times these unique gifts require an environment to support growth to flourish. This environment can include your inner belief and value system, key people around you and the resources that you have available to navigate through some of life’s challenges.

Relational

At New Growth Psychology the person is viewed as a whole.

An integrated approach of the systems surrounding the individual is considered when working alongside you. This includes the biological, psychological, and sociocultural aspects that make you- you.
